Beeping sound (once) during boot-up

The beeping sound is an indication that your memory is not working. It has lost contact with the slot.

Resolution: Remove and re-insert the memory module to the slot. If problem still occurs, call the CSC.

Beeping sound (twice,after-the-another) during boot-up

This sound indicates that your video card has lost contact with the slot.

Resolution: Remove and re-insert the video card to the slot. If problem still occurs, call the CSC.

CPU boots until Windows Logo but turns into black after the logo

Windows O.S. could not execute automatically the VGA.

Resolution: Restart your PC then repeatedly press the F8 key on your keyboard until your reach the menu. Press the down arrow then select ENABLE VGA then restart.

Keyboard number keys are not working

Resolution: Press the NUM LOCK key on your keyboard

Lagging when dragging the window

Your video card driver is not installed, or not installed properly

Resolution: Install your video card driver.

CPU has a sound card but not working

Your sound card driver is not installed, or not installed properly

Resolution: Install your sound card driver.

Computer could not boot-up; shows only black

This can be related on lost-of-contact of the memory module.

Resolution: Remove the memory module. Try to put the memory of your other computer. Boot the computer. If it works, call CSC for replacement (if product is within the 1 year warranty period).
