Is this
a Franchise?
No. This
is not a franchise but it seems it is like a franchise in
some ways. For example, you no longer need to think what are the
tried-and-tested specs for an Internet Cafe. Plus, you don't
need to worry about the setup and installation since these are already included in the package. Go to Top
Are tables and chairs included as well as the Internet
Connection?
No.
Tables, chairs and Internet Connection are not included. These
are the things that you need to do in your part. Go

Can I
pay it by installment?
No. Except

Is the
networking included?
Yes.
Network setup including the cables, cabling, network connection of all

Is the Operating System (O.S.) already included in the
package?
Yes. O.S.
is included in the package. O.S. is Ubuntu-Linux. If you prefer
other O.S., simply give your installer to the 3rd-party
technician so that he may be able to help you with the

Are the installed O.S. legal?
Yes. The
O.S. included in the package is Ubuntu-Linux. If you prefer

What
are the softwares included in the package?
The
3rd-party technician are expected to install the following:
Anti-virus, On-line Games, Open Office and the drivers of your
computer. Softwares that will allow you to immediately start and

Are all
the units brand new?
Depending
on the package, P63K and P65K packages are all brand new except
the FREE 17" CRT monitors which you can upgrade to brand
new LCDs. Please check our package

What if
I want to upgrade it to LCD, is this possible?
Yes. Just

How
long is the warranty of CPUs?
All
brandnew CPUs have 1 year warranty with 1 month outright
replacement policy. Just bring the unit to the Service Center.
Warranty claim is from Mondays to Fridays, 10AM -
6:PM.
Warranty includes hardware only. Viruses and other software
related problems are not included since this is not due to the

Do you have Service Center?
Yes, all computers and accessories come with a warranty c/o the
manufacturer/supplier. They are strategically located in the
Metro for your convenience. Go to Top
Is this offer available nationwide?
As of this
moment, this offer is initially available in Metro Manila and
nearby provinces such as Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal,
Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan and Zambales. All mentioned provinces
will still receive FREE set up. For delivery charge, pls. inform
us the exact location of your shop so that we can check if we

Are there any hidden cost aside from the package?
None. The
stated amount on the package is complete in terms of the
computer setup. You only need to provide tables, chairs and DSL

Your
P65K package is 5 only, what if I want to have 10 or more
computers?
Just buy
two (2) P65K packges if you want 10, or buy more to meet the
numbers of your computer that you are targetting. Buying per
